Overview

The Mekong-ROK Cooperation Fund reflects a strong commitment to developing human resource development in the digital age, which is consistent with the overall goal of achieving long-term regional prosperity.

The framework promotes dynamic exchanges among institutions, teachers, researchers, and students by promoting collaborative intellectual and educational activities. Priorities include increasing invitational scholarships and training programs, promoting capacity-building in e-learning resources for inclusive higher education, and partnering on the creation of new departments adapted to the needs of partner countries.

The MKCF seeks to increase linguistic through language instruction while also encouraging social, economic, and cultural collaboration. Cooperation also includes sharing policy experiences in skill development.
